About Fort Sill
Fort Sill is a major U.S. Army installation and National Historic Landmark established in 1869. It serves as the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence and is home to the Army's Field Artillery School. Spanning nearly 94,000 acres, Fort Sill conducts Basic Combat Training for thousands of trainees each year and is one of four U.S. Army posts that trains new soldiers.
